    A: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We deliver only within India. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your location within the country.

  • Q: Can I track my order?
    A: Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

  • Q: What is your return policy?
    A: Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Q: Do you offer refunds?
    A: We do not issue refunds to the original payment method. Instead, store credit is provided via a digital gift card valid for 6 months.

  • Q: How do I initiate a return?

  • Q: How long does it take to receive store credit?
    A: Once we receive and inspect the item, store credit will be issued via email within 5–7 business days.

  • Q: What if my item is damaged?
    A: You must provide a proper unboxing video as proof. Without this, we cannot accept the return or issue credit.

  • Q: What if the size or fit isn’t right?
    A: You can request a return within 5 days by emailing us with your Order ID and Product Name. Store credit will be issued to reorder the correct size or another item.

  • Q: Do you offer exchanges?
    A: No, we don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, you’ll receive store credit to purchase a different size or product.
